The inception of Patrimo & Comp. GmbH... The founder Martin Damaske has started his professional career at a newly founded consulting firm with 3 employees and had the chance to participate in it's development towards the listed Hypoport AG with more than 500 employees.

Since mid 2011 Martin Damaske has formed a consortium with experienced colleages from his network, to offer solutions for banks, leasing firms, real estate investors and SMEs even within the capital market turmoil. A key element of Patrimo & Comp.'s approach is to pick up the trend of institutional investor towards asset-based investments resulting in additional security for investors as well as financing solutions under difficult market conditions.
